Refund and Returns Policy

No refunds or returns. Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.

All prints are professionally packaged at the printer. That being said, damage can happen while in transit. If your packaging is noticeably damaged upon arrival and the print is damaged, please send me two photos that show the damaged area and the full product, along with your order number within 24-48 hours.

Any damage claim made after 30 days of purchase will not be reprinted on our behalf.
